Day Care
Hot Dog Ranch Play & Stay Daily Routine:
5:30am to 6:30 am: Wake up calls for our overnight guests. Bathroom breaks begin, and breakfast is served.
7:30am to 8:30 am: Half and Full Day Doggie Daycare Arrivals coming in and getting situated in play groups.
8:30am to 12:00pm: Rotations continue inside/outside playtime. If the weather permits.
Closed daily from 11:30am-1pm for walks & naps)
12:00 pm to 1:00pm: Cool down period/naptime (summer months extended inside time to rest due to extreme heat and weather conditions.
12:00 pm to 1:00pm: Lunches provided for those who bring their own food.
12:00 pm to 1:00pm: Half Day Daycare Pick-Ups at Hot Dog Grooming
1:00 pm to 7:00pm: Rotations continue inside/outside playtime. If the weather permits.
6:00 pm: Dinner begins for our guests that stay overnight.
6:00 pm: Pick up is at for full daycare pups.
7:00 pm to 7:30pm: Bathroom breaks begin, and our overnight guests are put to sleep and snuggled in their bed.
11:00 pm to Midnight: Last bathroom breaks begin, and our overnight guests are put back to sleep and snuggled in their bed until wake-up call.
Doggie Daycare Rates
We are an open concept, cage free doggie daycare with overnight kennel boarding. The daycare / boarding facility has been designed to be safe, clean and fun with lots of room indoors to romp, play, socialize, sleep or just be on their own. Daycare is separate by playgroups based on age, size, and breed. The end result is one happy (+tired!) pup at the end of the day.

- Daily $29
- Any 5 Hours or Less $19 (existing customer)
- Special Care up to $10 per day
- Additional Dogs – 10% discount

Daycare Rules
- Undergo a temperament test
- Four months or older
- Be spayed or neutered if they are more than 7 months old
- Must be current on Rabies, DHPP(L), Bordetella and Flu shots
- Free of any communicable diseases
- Dogs must be in good health and have not been exposed to any diseases in the 30 days prior to check in
- Any dog found with fleas will be bathed at owner’s expense
- Last but not least, a friendly dog who loves being around dogs and people!
Medical Care
If your dog needs medical care during his or her stay, we will be sure to contact you as soon as possible. In the case of an emergency, we may have to make medical decisions on your behalf. The owner takes responsibility for all medical costs associated with their dog.
Common Injuries
Dogs will be dogs. While it is rare, bites and scratches from playing will happen every now and then. We are careful to break up play before it becomes too rough. We have an on-site Dog First Aid kit that can be use to address most issues, and it is mandatory that all scratches, no matter how big or small, are reported to the owner before the dog goes home.
Cancellation Daycare/Boarding Policy
Hot Dog Hotel /Ranch cancellation policy is easy and simple.72-hour notice should be given by phone or email to Hot Dog Hotel /Ranch to cancel your pup’s reservation. Change of Plans – Same day cancel/call outs will result in a charge to your account if reservation is missed. Hot Dog Hotel /Ranch has now reached full capacity in all play groups. If you do not show up for your reservation you are taking a spot away from someone that is wanting to get in on the wait-list.
- Daycare – (no call-no show/same day cancellation) = $39 will be charged to your account. *If you have purchased a Hot Dog Hotel /Ranch Daycare pass a single day will be deducted from your package.
- Boarding Non-Holidays – (no call-no show/same day cancellation)= 1/2 amount of your pups boarding stay will be charged to your account.
- Boarding Holidays – (a 50% deposit will be collected when making a reservation. 7 days’ notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund Cancellations after the 7 day period prior to the holiday and “no call-no shows” will forfeit their 50% deposit.)

*If you do not have a credit card on file, a debit will be added to your account and payment will need to be resolved before your dog is allowed back in the facility to play or stay.
